Top: Not great for big chested ladies as there is no underwire or band for support and the back band will ride up if straps are tightened more, also not great for small chested ladies as lace will hang loose, for some customers the bra straps broke right after first wearing or during first wash, for plus sizes the top runs a bit too small

Some customers mentioned the lace top having no support, how could we adapt the product to keep the shape and the sheer bralette style but add support?
You could add support in many ways, i.e. by adding an underwire, using silicone lining on the rims, wider (adjustable) straps or a thicker fabric for the band with more hooks to ensure tight fit.
Many customers complained about the clips of the garter belt breaking or being difficult to attach. What would you advise?
Garter clips mostly come in two variants: loop-and-button or suspender. The lingerie products above seem to use the loop-and-button version which is usually cheaper but more flimsy and harder to attach on thicker material.
The suspender clip easily clamps down and holds in place even the thickest material. That being said, we wouldn't advise a suspender clip on very delicate stockings as the little teeth could ladder the fabric.
